Wo.Men in Finance CEO Breakfast
Because the CEO’s role in driving diversity, equity and inclusion is key to achieving real change, Wo.Men in Finance is organised interactive sessions, in small format, exclusively dedicated to CEO’s of Wo.Men in Finance member organisations.
On November 18th, 2022 we presented for the first time the results of the Wo.Men in Finance survey on blocking factors in women's and men's careers during a two-hour breakfast interactive session.
In March 2023 the full results of the survey were made public and institutions are busy reflecting on actions they could take.
CEO’s in this second session will had exchanges in small groups, to drive the conversation forward with a deeper dive.
